Vegetable Broth

Vegetable Broth

3 carrots, peeled and chopped
3 stalks celery with leaves, chopped
1 clove garlic, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp thyme
2 tbsp parsley
1/4 tsp pepper
8 cups water

Combine all in slow cooker and cook 8 hours on low. Strain and refrigerate or freeze till needed.
