Chile Cheese Grits

Chile Cheese Grits

3 cups water
1 cup corn grits
1 tbsp butter
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup pepperjack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup milk
1 4-oz can green chiles, drained

Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine grits and water. Microwave for 4-5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, mix well, and bake for 45 minutes or till golden and bubbly.
