Tuna Veggie Macaroni Salad

Tuna Veggie Macaroni Salad

1 8oz pkg dry elbow macaroni
1 7oz can tuna, drained
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp pimientos, chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
1/4 cup mayo
2 tsp lemon juice

Cook macaroni according to package instruction. Drain and set aside. In bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Stir in macaroni until evenly coated. Chill well.
