Spaghetti Sauce

Spaghetti Sauce

2 tbsp olive oil

5 cloves garlic
1 medium onion, diced
6-7 medium tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup grated carrot
2 tsp basil
2 tsp oregano
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp marjoram
dash salt
dash pepper
dash crushed red pepper
1/4 cup red wine
3 tsp sugar

Sautee onions and garlic till tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook 35 minutes or till thickened and soft.
